Community Living Network (CLN) is a subsidiary corporation of CRC created to offer fiscal intermediary services to adults under the Choice Voucher System and to the parents of children through the Children's Waiver Program.
Fiscal Intermediary Services are for persons who choose to control their own budgets as determined in a Person-Centered-Plan and with the local Mental Health Agency. In most cases an individual will be established as an "Employer of Record" and have the authority and control to hire and employ their own personal assistants.
CLN serves as the payroll service to issue payroll checks and assure that all taxes are filed and paid to the appropriate governmental agency. CLN can also process other bill payments upon an individual's request.
Each CLN customer will receive monthly statements regarding their budget and financial activity taken. Each persons employees will receive accurate pay and an annual W-2.
CLN is contracted with local Community Mental Health agencies to operate and serve customers in Jackson, Hillsdale, Macomb, St. Clair, Livingston and Washtenaw Counties.
CLN is not an employment service nor an employer.
